Um....... I don't really know what you're asking me um....how to submit pictures? Well...if that's what you're asking you have to go to Browse on the top there, inbetween "Minitokyo" and "Forum" and then find the category your image will be in, and then once you find it, on the left side of the screen it will say Submit wallpaper, Submit Indyart, Submit Scan and etc...and you can pick that
